So many attempts at trying to share some of my gym workouts looking normal. Finally one shot looking ok. No face,it's all scrunched up. I didn't always do weights. I worked up a sweat in classes but never really saw much result in terms of lean strong body. Now...all I do is eat and lift. And it's working.
Arms arms arms triset 💪🏻 . ➡️30 seconds ski erg (with the added help of @christopherthorne at the end 😂) ➡️15 reps of cable bicep curls ➡️15 reps of cable tricep push downs . Keep the elbows tucked in, focus on the mind to muscle connection, squeeze those muscles and hurt after 😅

For months now I've been in the gym 4 times a week, training weights to get myself to a better place. Summer shredz starting to come in big time now. Love it when you start to see your shoulders popping and viens coming out. I'm around 10kg heavier at the same bf% than I was last year. 88kg - 98kg I'd say that's pretty decent for a years hard grind. One of the simplest but most effective ways to build a more positive outlook has in my experience been to ask more helpful questions as often as possible. When I am in what seems like a negative situation – maybe I have made a mistakes, I have failed or stumbled in some kind of way – then I like to ask myself questions like: What is one thing that is positive or good about this situation? What is one opportunity within this situation? Hope this helps anyone going through a tough time at the moment. Xx
