It’s not just me that she looks like she’s up to no good, right? At least she’ll look gorgeous in trouble. Love this girl. • • • #35mm scans from @indiefilmlab • • • • dress by @carolinecastigliano • • #charleston @gownboutiquechs @knopistacchio
That House, that architecture, that flooring, those ceilings and those gardens. So much design everywhere. I love thinking of a team designing and making this plantation come to life from the late 1800’s and continuing through today @boonehallplantation #historicdesign#plantationdesign
So excited to get our engagement photos back last night! Thank you @billiejoandjeremy, we love them! You captured my grandmother’s ring beautifully. My favorite are the ones we took with the dogs, but I am saving those for save the dates!! #hopetobeaharris#charlestonwedding
Spent a beautiful day exploring @boonehallplantation it was so Amazing! Historical tours and sites are one of my favorite things to explore, and I can’t wait as the kids get older to be able to do more of it. #southcarolina#charleston
I visited the @boonehallplantation today and managed to grab a few gorgeous photos of one of my favorite parts of Charleston, the trees! Double tap if you could just sit and look at them all day long!! • • • #charleston#boonehallplantation
Magical combinations @boonehallplantation Swiss Chard and poppies with the low country backdrop. There is so much powerful history here. My SIL urged us to take the Gullah Tour. I’m so grateful to her for that. I would rate this a must visit in Charleston. See more pics in my stories. ❤️🌙🌴 #gardenchat#springflowers

It took 63 years to get around to planting the oaks lining the 3/4-mile drive leading up to Boone Hall, about 10 miles northeast of #charleston. The #plantation was founded in 1681, oaks planted in 1743. The entry to Ashley Wilkes place in “Gone With The Wind” is modeled after the drive. The real thing appears in the “North and South” TV series and “The Notebook” movie, among many others. Admission ($12-24) includes tractor tour of what’s now a 738-acre working farm/orchards, house tour, live one-actor presentation on Gullah history/culture and the chance to wander through the slave cabins, each ...
