Absolutely heart breaking to know that the bit of the ship you see sticking out of the water in the video marks the resting place of 1,102 of the 1,177 sailors and Marines killed on USS Arizona during the Japanese surprise attack on pearl harbour in 1941.
Went to #pearlharbor -what a sobering experience. It was too bad that the USS Arizona memorial was closed for repairs. Stopped for lunch and saw the #byodointemple which was beautiful. Took a bus tour @kualoaranch and then wandered our way over to watch the on the other side of

Got some history lessons in today. More than 2,400 people died on the attack at Pearl Harbor and more than half of those where in the USS Arizona. There are currently only 5 survivors still alive today. They call the oil that is still leaking from the ship “black tears”.
Yesterday morning I went on the Magnum Pi(love the show) doors off helicopter 🚁 and I cannot express in words how absolutely amazing it was!! Pearl Harbor from above-USS arizona and Missouri(all my own photos). Very professional and friendly pilot with great local knowledge, and made sure everyone felt/was safe and comfortable. Photos 📷 taken on my Canon Power shot sx730 HS-saw the big waterfall from Jurassic 🐲 park(sacred falls I think is what it is called), north shore beaches 🏖, reefs, Pearl Harbor, Diamond 💎 head, koko crater, Dole 🍍plantation, Waikiki beach 🏖 and so much more. 😍😍 #pearlharbor ...
Sunkissed on top of the USS Bowfin submarine! I wasn’t initially very excited about visiting Pearl Harbor but the tour, the movies and the history were totally worth it! This was a highlight in our Hawaii visit 🌺 . . . . . . . . . . . . #traveldeeper#passionpassport
One of the childhood stuffs I've been searching recently , it came long before battleship game , although you might need to steal you mom's cooking oil and pieces of cotton then burn it inside the ship so you would hear the sound "otok otok" come from the ship And everyone calls this otok ship . . #childhood#memory
