Happy Mardi Gras y’all!! Today I was NOT in NOLA so I had to find a culinary way to celebrate in Birmingham. I trekked over to The Rougaroux at lunch and picked up an oyster po’boy and a #cuppycake which is a miniature King Cake including the baby! . . . Although I had a dozen more things to do at lunch, I stopped to admire the cute cake and eat half of my po’boy. Yummmmmm!!!! . . . . My next meal at The Rougaroux will be INSIDE the restaurant instead of in the parking lot. Thanks Chef Ryan ...
