I was so tired and didn’t wanna do anything today, but did it anyway. 🙄 I hated every rep of Bulgarian Split Squats and my grip was SMOKED from all the deadlifts. Had to get a quick training session in to meet requirements on my strenuous life challenge tonight. Got 40 minutes of BJJ before shift started this morning. Tonight did 3 rounds of airdyne for 3 minute intervals ( 50 seconds steady, 10 seconds max effort ), then straight to 15 10lb medicine ball V sits. Followed this with TRX complex and body weight calf raises. Busy day today here, so I am satisfied with finishing this tonight. #life#newlife ...
