These sandals are made of micro-fibre that is oeko-tex certified (this certification sets high standards for ensuring that harmful chemicals are not included in the textiles and that the materials used are actually environmentally-preferable!). They are ethically-made in Portugal, where high standards of manufacturing and labour practices are employed in a carbon neutral facility! Yessssss! I am so excited to share this recipe with you. I grew up in Bulgaria, which means i grew up eating this Bulgarian salad at least 5 times a week (yep, even as a toddler), a.k.a.Greek salad - the way it is known in North America. I genuinely miss the comfort i feel when I used to eat feta cheese. So, i made "feta" out of tofu. I used medium tofu. Cut it lenghtwise, just to ensure smaller surface to maximize the marinating surface, but you can skip this step and cut the tofu block into mini cube ...
