What drives you? ... your core values ultimately should help you navigate through this journey. Spending time with You is the only way to figure this out! Not an easy progress but an important one! With my @kettlebellkickboxingcanada the sense of community I am building comes from growing up in a small Saskatchewan farming community! I have always taught my kids to remember where they come from and as I travel more my daughter sat on my bed with me and said “always remember where you come from mom“ #humble#family Photo Credit: @cara_hull ...

If you want your life to be a certain way, then you have to make it happen. It doesn’t matter what area if life you want to see a change in the bottom line is YOU have to make it happen. The most amazing thing is that YOU CAN. There have never been more resources or opportunities for people than there are today. Nothing limits you but your own mindset. #mindset#mindsetiseverything
6 years ago I moved to France for 7 months. Wayne and I travelled to Europe mostly in the winter. So fall and cool weather usually makes me think of beautiful European cobbled streets where you can grab a cup of hot wine, orange rum cider or order a thick creamy hot chocolate in a cute café... I tried making my own pumpkin spice coffee because my stomach is officially oversensitive to Starbucks coffee. It was ok, but definitely not creamy enough. Anyone have tips or great homemade pumpkin spice latte recipes? #passionpassport#livelifecolorfully
