Having just returned from New Zealand, as a fan of architecture and compact living, NZ over delivers. This compact home is in a little town we drove through called Cardrona. We enjoyed a stop at the Cardrona Distillery, leaving with some Gin and single malt Vodka. #nzarchitecture#newzealandarchitecture
This photo captures the moment of taking it all in. The mountains, sounds, crisp smell of the air, the beauty. I love looking back at my photos and reliving the feeling in that moment 🏔💙 🏔 💙 🌿 💧 🌞 🏔 💙 🌿 💧 🌞 🏔 #routeburntrack#nz

Bowing into Child’s Pose feels like a soothing chamomile tea for the mind and body... It often feels like a loud, fast paced world we exist in, where we experience an overwhelming amount of sensory input... There is great power to be found in softening the senses and observing the unseen, unheard, untouched parts of existence... Softening the nervous system by slowing down, tuning out of the external noise and distractions around us, and tuning into the internal silence and stillness (or simply trusting it is there) 🧡 . . . #yoga#yogalove ...
Rainforest Pathway. This ecosystem, while stunningly beautiful, is also difficult for photography! The sky, which is in this picture, is bright and easy to overexpose. The forest floor was rather devoid of light due to the thick canopy. Fiddling with HDR settings on my @sony_a6300, and combining the five images in @lightroom_ig allowed me to capture the detail of the forest floor without losing the sky. #nz#newzealand
The thundering Huka Falls is the most visited and instagrammed natural attraction in New Zealand. The sheer volume of water flowing over the falls is insane - 220,000 litres per second, which is enough to fill one Olympic sized swimming pool in 11 seconds! With Huka Falls Jet you'll get close enough to feel spray on your face 💦 📸: @petraleary • • • • • • • • • • • • • #newzealand#nz ...
One of the reasons I chose Dōterra is because of their company philosophies and choices to provide support to their workers. Most essential oils are sourced from developing countries, and Dōterra has created an initiative called Co-Impact Sourcing to ensure that small scale farmers and harvesters in disadvantaged areas are treated ethically. Don't we all agree to standing up for the right thing? 💚 #doterra#doterraoils
I swear the only time I bike anywhere is when I’m on holiday 🤣 . I need to do it more often though! I always forget how much I love a good bike ride 🚲 . Today’s mish was down along the coastal walkway, it was so beautiful - I was out for well over an hour! 🙌🏼 . Being on holiday doesn’t mean you have to push fitness to the side! You can get out an find new, exciting ways to stay active 💪🏼
The more I travel the more I know that no matter how much you know, there’s always more to learn. Learn to listen rather than talk like you know everything but you don’t. We travel initially to lose ourselves, and we travel next to find ourselves. We travel to open our hearts and eyes and learn more about the world than our newspapers will accommodate. We travel to bring what little we can, in our ignorance and knowledge, to those parts of the globe where riches are differently disperse. And we travel, in essence, to become ...
Once you learn a cool move, the next step is to do it in an awesome location right? 😍 . Throwback to Nelson lakes in September, such a stunning place! ⛰ . I loved just working on my headstands with this view, so peaceful and relaxing. 🕊 . Can't wait to finish work for the year and head back, definitely in need of some more relaxation time! 🤪 . #nelson#headstand
