Learning new thangs. Transitioning to lower back squat from high bar 185 x 3 x 3 sets. Finding that initial set up is still tricky. Anyone have any tips for getting neck muscles to relax? Doing stretching, massage, stim machine, and cbd rub but relief is temporary. #squat#strongereveryday
