Exercise is part of my daily routine. Currently doing two sessions a day about an hour each with one day rest. Rest days are hard for me as I feel lazy for not doing anything active.
After being sick the last week and not being able to take in the correct nutrition, my body is not copying and I've been prescribed 3 full days off by a doctor as well as medication.
I might pull my hair out not doing anything but my body needs to recover or my training will take longer to get back up to full amount and effort.
Normally I wouldn't listen and just power through but this time I've decided not to be a hypocrite and do what I'm told. I always tell my clients to rest and recover now its time for me to do the same.

Hoy un ejercicio específico para mejorar la velocidad del Swing.
Ganando fuerza en los rotadores de cintura y abdominales, ayudamos a "liberar" el movimiento en el downswing, y a su vez nos obliga a controlar y hacer el "armado" del golpe controladamente al tener que subir los brazos lentamente.
Recorda mantener el Stance igual que el que usas en tu golpe con un hierro 7. Simula con algún objeto la pelotita así no le sacas la vista 👌
