My final moon for awhile, star marks the area of the first step, Sea of Tranquility. This is what it looked like this morning, July 20, 2919. Doesn’t look a day older than it did 50 years ago. #seaoftranquility#bestnatureshots
Had a great opportunity to summit Timp with @dmeeks4 yesterday. It was a leg burner for sure. The snow was cool, but it made me miss the switch backs 😏. It was a gorgeous day up there and the company was awesome.

Part 2 of 2. Check profile to see the other half. This Independence Day, remember to be a fountain, not a drain. And ask not what your country can do for you, but what you can do for your country. #mindfulwandering#escalanteridge . . . .
Journal! Do you keep a journal? Writing in a journal on a regular basis helps with planning, ideation, personal development, mental health, and numerous other things. Albert Einstein's journal shows the development of his theories over time and how he learned to challenge his own assumptions and barriers, and those of his fellow scientists. Whether your journal is kept in stone or online, it documents your own story and becomes part of history. There is no right or wrong way; the trick is that you do it. But don't deface historic sites in the process. #escalanteridge#mindfulwandering . . ...
Barriers make for beautiful backdrops in life. They help us align our perspective and can draw attention to our immediate and distant goals. What are some of the barriers you've climbed that have helped orient your life? Here the La Sal Mountains provide a fantastic backdrop to Church Rock in Southern Utah. . . . . #escalanteridge#mindfulwandering @photorupt
These meow-chanics aren't very helpful, sleep on the job, and leave hair everywhere. 10/10 would let them sit around again. #hankthecat is so comfortable around autos that he car surfs mine on a regular basis, mostly because he wants my attention so much that he hopes I'll get out and pick him up off the car. Oh Hank! . . . . #cutecats
