Crafted some Pure Male Cologne last night with friends. Learned ways to maximize male hormone production too. Be mindful of lifestyle choices, exercise, good foundational nutrition and using natural health products instead of synthetic chemical laden ones.
Today’s training focused on arms and shoulders with a little BFR added at the end. Fasted until noon and now having homemade green and yellow curried chicken over baby Bok Choi & broccoli w/ bean sprouts.
So tonight we stared a tradition. One inspired by a friends childhood memory of his dad taking the family out in the coach to see the neighborhood Christmas lights and decor. We had rosemary infused popcorn, spicy pumpkin molasses cookies fresh from the oven, libations (except for the driver of course) and lots of cheerful holiday music. Memories were made.

Been adding a tsp. of pure cold pressed Mexican Vanilla in my BulletProof coffee for the last month! Yum!! This will also be a key ingredient in some of the pure male colognes I’ll be crafting.

Today I trained for lower body strength which included blood flow restricted training (BFR). Finally my squats are getting better, leg extension and curls felt really good with the BFR training bands on. Since our gym doesn’t have a GHR machine my wife and came up with an alternative using straps and fitness bands.
Got my blood flow restriction training bands in the mail today! I’m fairly certain Talyah has no idea what they are, but helped pick them up off the floor and bring them to me when they dropped. #bfrtraining#rhodesianridgeback
