My sister and I had the most amazing reunion a couple weeks ago. I flew back to Chicago to be with her and my folks. She is an amazing and beautiful soul. I am completely overjoyed to have had a full week of making memories with her.
Was feeling quite discouraged and defeated during training tonight. Couple things I learned about myself. 1. I recover and am less sore from the previous day if get adequate sleep (8 hours). 2. I’m more likely to have a positive mindset in the morning vs. after a full day of stress and decision making. 3. I feel more energetic training while fasting rather than after a carb restricted meal. I set a goal to shed some fat while continuing to make lean muscle gains. The 28 Day Plan and Vigor Strength Athlete program have been my guide. The men who are doing this with me continue to inspire me with their own success stories. I’m pleased with my progress so far. Day 18 and I’ve met my goal for weight (down 10 lbs.) Gonna keep going strong during the last 10 days! #strengthathlete#wellnessjourney

Great day in active recovery. I went cycling with my son and a friend. Had a blast getting outdoors. Great start to the week!
VSA Test day! PR’d in all four functional movements. I’m really excited to look back at my training journal and see how far I’ve progressed! #vigor#strength

After a bunch of doctor prescribed drugs and X-ray guided spinal injections I decided to try alternative medicine including hemp oil and cannabis related byproducts. 3. Six years ago I started growing cannabis to formulate my own tinctures, salves and baked goods. 4. If it were not for cannabis I would likely not be ...

Crafted some Pure Male Cologne last night with friends. Learned ways to maximize male hormone production too. Be mindful of lifestyle choices, exercise, good foundational nutrition and using natural health products instead of synthetic chemical laden ones.
